Residence permit shall be issued to a foreigner in Public Service Hall (Ministry of Justice of Georgia) and might be issued to 6 years.
The cost of registration depends on the time frame:- within 10 calendar days: $180.
- within 20 calendar days: $140.
- within month: $95.

Who made the investment amounted to at least $300000, might be issued "Residence permit" to 6 years.
